Jesse is an associate lawyer at Schultz Law Group LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in 2012, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. He articled at a highly active full-service firm and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2020. Since then, Jesse has worked exclusively as a civil litigator, with an emphasis on resolving commercial and insurance disputes.

In transitioning his practice to Ontario, Jesse brings a diverse set of skills gained by litigating all manners of insurance claims, including matters of professional liability, property loss, and accident benefits appeal hearings. He has experience as Plaintiff’s counsel on subrogated claims, and as Defence counsel for insurers, including as external counsel for a provincial government insurer. Jesse has successfully argued cases and motions before the Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, as well as before various dedicated tribunals.

Outside of work, and when they are not indulging in their love for travel, Jesse and his wife spend their time in pursuit of the best Korean food this side of the Pacific.
