Winners of the Lexpert Zenith Awards have accomplishments in a Lexpert Practice Area (Commerical Insurance) and a notable contribution in Social Responsibility.

Lexpert recognized Kadey's leadership in co-managing Schultz Frost LLP, reputation for insurance litigation, dispute resolution, industry consultation, corporate training and appellate advocacy, as well as her dedication to teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Windsor Law School and being a member of the Board of Trustees of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.
