Fatimah Serbeh is an Insurance Defence Law Clerk at Schultz Law Group LLP.

She brings over five years of experience supporting legal teams in personal injury, accident benefits, employment law, WSIB, and WSIAT matters. Fatimah is skilled in document preparation, litigation software, and case management, contributing to the effective handling of complex insurance claims.

Fatimah earned her LL.B. from City, University of London, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University. She is currently completing her NCA requirements and holds a P1 license, with plans to pursue lawyer licensing in Ontario.

Fatimah is passionate about health and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts, organizing fitness-focused activities with friends, exploring new culinary experiences, and enjoying meaningful time with her family.
